The policy shall be implementation with effect from the date of approval of the Board of Directors i.e at its meeting held on 15.04.2019. Any amendment to the policy will be made with the approval of the Board.
Medi Carrier Private Limited ("MCPL" or "Company") Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy has been developed in consonance with Section 135, Companies Act, 2013 (Act) on CSR and in accordance with Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014 (Rules) notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of lndia. lt shall apply to all CSR Projects / Programs undertaken by the Company as per liberal interpretation of activities listed in Schedule Vll of the Act, within the geographical limits of lndia alone, towards the benefit of marginalized and disadvantaged sections of the communities. Preference would be given to CSR Projects / Programs around MCPL's areas of operation.
